Is Face Verification linked to client login?
No. Face Verification is a separate submission flow and can be completed without creating an account.
What information do I submit in Face Verification?
You submit your basic details (name, passport number, email, phone, country, purpose, date of birth), upload passport image, capture a live photo, and submit payment proof screenshot.
How do I track my submission?
After final submission, you receive a reference code. You can use it to check status when available.
Can I submit multiple applications?
Yes. Each submission generates a unique reference code. Please use correct passport details.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. We provide consultancy support for documentation and process guidance only. Final decisions are made by relevant authorities.
What is the client portal used for?
The client portal allows registered clients to view case status updates and download documents uploaded by admin (if provided).
How long does processing take?
Timelines vary depending on case type and documentation. We help with preparing submissions and tracking the workflow.
